7. Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to your nominated address.

8. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Change of Mind Returns
We offer a 30-day change of mind return policy.

Proof of purchase must be provided
Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are your responsibility.
Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received.
10. Warranty & Liability
We guarantee products comply with the contract description and ACL requirements.
To the extent permitted by law:

Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund
Manufacturer warranties do not limit your ACL rights.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content including logos, images, text, and branding remains our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
